Alex had been with us
for a while and seemed to be looking much better since fighting his
kidney failure with treatment and special food. He was always a
loving dog and aspired to be the leader of the pack here at The
Haven. Lacking the blue frost that usually comes from a Husky's
eyes, Alex had warm, trusting brown eyes...this is one of the many
reasons we are all still missing him, 2 months after him being put
to sleep. He went down hill suddenly and we were left with no other
option. He will however remain in our hearts and minds as one of the
truly special dogs here at The Haven.
